Mission for White's Whales

                                                                              

At Sope Creek Elementary being in first grade is a time for exciting first things.  My goal is to provide an environment that is conducive to learning so that each student may achieve his/her highest learning capacity. The students are eager to learn and share with each other.  Learning the necessary skills to be a successful reader is a big step for many students and various opportunities are given to experience new concepts in these areas as well as in mathematics, science, social studies, and creativity.

Reminders

1. Field Day will be Wednesday, May 7. In the event that it rains, it will be held on Friday, May 8.

2. We will have Hat Day on May 9. Donate $1.00 to "Relay for Life" and wear a hat of your choice on this day.
