Math: Fourth graders will continue to work on numeration, focusing on rounding to the nearest ten, hundreds and thousands place. The fifth grade class will complete their unit on data analysis.
English/ Language Arts: Fourth graders will continue the Tales of A Fourth Grade Nothing novel study. Fifth graders will continue reading narrative text with a focus on summarizing and character analysis.
Science: 5th graders will review cells and cell functions and how cells, tissues, organs and systems relate in preparation for Friday's test. Fifth graders also begin a special study called Seeds and Nutrition in their homeroom classes on Tuesday. This program aligns with both science and social studies standards.

By the end of the week, SEND IN YOUR STICKER FROM THE SIDE OF THE PIZZA BOX THAT SHOWS THE PRICE!!! Just tape or glue it to a blank sheet of paper, and be sure to include the name of your child’s homeroom teacher so their class can get credit!!
