Due to our new schedule, we are working on various different activities in each teacher's class, as needed by the students. All of us are working on word problems in Hands on Equations to build our thinking skills as we learn to set up equations from word problems.
We are all working on our PowerPoint presentations about our "mystery" bridges. They are really looking great! We can't wait to share them with our classmates. We are also beginning to plan and build our bridges for the "Great Popsicle Bridge" competition.
Homework: Depending upon teachers, students may be working on their vocabulary assignments or correcting their pretests.
