Lately, teens and young kids have eaten a lot of junk food. Also, many people in our school have been coming to school sick. You should start eating healthy! As they say, an apple a day keeps the doctor away! We kids, can work toegether on getting healthy! If your mom tells you that you're eating bad food, listen to her! When I didn't listen to my mom, I ended up sick in the hospital! There are many ways you can stay healthy. Instead of watching TV and eating bad foods, you could make a fun fruit fiesta just by using apples, bannanas, and oranges! You can make all kinds of designs with the fruits. Trust me, I have been through MANY bad situations, due to bad eating! Also, while hanging out with your friends, you could play instead of eating bad foods and watching TV! Also, spend some of your time outside! As kids, we NEED vitamin D. Don't worry, you don't have to only eat healthy, you can have fun too. Instead of playing video games you could go outside and play four square! Remember, don't be in unhealthy situations, I hope these tips could help you stay healthy!
