Who Was Jackie Robinson? (Anna, 2nd, Hosey)

     Jackie Robinson was a nice and peaceful man.  He was a great baseball player.  In 1947, he played his first game for the Brooklyn Dodgers.  He played baseball, football, swimming, tennis, and he ran tracks.  He had good sportsmanship.  He was born in Cairo, Georgia.  Cario is located in South. Georgia.  He was booed at and he also got inappropriate letters.  He was kicked by other players with their spiky cleats.  He did not appreciate it but he did not want to fight back.  He was the first black to play on a major league baseball team.  I loved learning about Jackie Robinson.
