Have you ever watched a peregrine falcon in the wild? I have, and I saw it dive down, tuck in his feathers, fly upside down at 112 miles per hour. What a sight! While I was camping, the falcon had its own delicious dinner of a lizard. Yum! Yum!

Here are my favorite types of animals found both in the wild and one in fantasy. I love wolves because they are a secretive animals and hunt in packs. The Unicorn is a mythical creature, while a gazelle looks like a mythical creature but really isn't. The Cheetah can run over 112 miles per hour, just as fast as the falcon. I like the panda bear because it is just plain cute! The bear is not just plain cute, but I like its strength and the shape of its paw. Finally, the lioness is my favorite because it cooperates when it hunts with other lionesses to catch prey. Watch out gazelle!

How To Draw a Frog by Kyle (5th, Mrs. Farkas)

First, you draw a large oval in a 45-65 degree angle.

Second, you draw another oval at a 5 degree angle.

Third, you draw a foot, with webbed feet.

Then draw the arms. Have them only have 3 or 4 fingers.

Fifth, draw a circle on the upper part of the first oval. Add a pupil to finish the eye.

Then, erase the top of the first oval, draw a half oval in the erase part, then add a tongue to the edge of the bottom lip.

Then draw small circle with two tiny wings on each side of the circle on the tongue on step 6.

Finally, draw a random pattern on your frog.

That is how you draw a frog.

DIY: How to Make a "UFO" By Gabe Sweeney

AAAHHH!!!!!! It's an alien invasion!!!! That's what people would say if you launched these into the sky. All it is is a balloon filled with helium with LED lights dropped into the balloon. First, you need to get the materials. You need a balloon, of course, LED lights, disc batteries, string, duct tape, and a helium source. First, you need to put the LED lights into the balloon, but, the LED lights will not work without a power source. This is where the duct tape comes in. Attach the disc batteries to the 2 prongs on the LED and secure it with duct tape. The LED should be lighting up. Next, drop the LEDs into the balloon. The last thing you need to do is to fill the balloon with helium and then tie the end to some string so it won't stay floating forever. PLEASE HAVE AN ADULT HELP YOU WITH THE HELIUM!!!!!!!! It would be best to let these fly out on a clear night. Thank You and Try It!!!!!

Have you ever wondered how much professional sports players get paid? Did you know that a NBA player gets paid more than a NFL player? Also, Major League Baseball players get paid more than professional hockey players. In 2009 the average salary of a lacrosse player was only $16,250.73 per season. An average NFL player’s salary in 2009 was $1.9 million dollars. In the same year, an average NBA player got paid $3.4 million per season. That’s a lot of money! When Major League Baseball was formed in 1876 their salary per season was $3,054 and in May 2010 it was $3.3 million per season. Lastly NHL players had an average salary of $2.4 million in the 2009-2010 season. In conclusion, professional basketball players get paid the most and slightly more than professional baseball players, and a whole lot more than professional lacrosse players!

How to Stay Healthy! By, Pretty

Lately, teens and young kids have eaten a lot of junk food. Also, many people in our school have been coming to school sick. You should start eating healthy! As they say, an apple a day keeps the doctor away! We kids, can work toegether on getting healthy! If your mom tells you that you're eating bad food, listen to her! When I didn't listen to my mom, I ended up sick in the hospital! There are many ways you can stay healthy. Instead of watching TV and eating bad foods, you could make a fun fruit fiesta just by using apples, bannanas, and oranges! You can make all kinds of designs with the fruits. Trust me, I have been through MANY bad situations, due to bad eating! Also, while hanging out with your friends, you could play instead of eating bad foods and watching TV! Also, spend some of your time outside! As kids, we NEED vitamin D. Don't worry, you don't have to only eat healthy, you can have fun too. Instead of playing video games you could go outside and play four square! Remember, don't be in unhealthy situations, I hope these tips could help you stay healthy!
