Calling all parents and friends of Sope Creek!!  Our annual career day is scheduled for March 4th from 8:30-11:30am.  Please consider being a part of this exciting day by volunteering be a speaker.  Speakers do not have to be here the entire day and will be given an exact schedule.  No career is too big or little!

Please contact the Sope Creek Counselors at 770-916-7088 for additional information and to sign up.  Also, feel free to tell anyone who may be interested.  Thank you.

* All students are encouraged to participate in giving and receiving Valentines.  We will have a celebration with treats.  Every student has a class list in their blue folder.  Also, it would be helpful is everyone brought in a large ziplock baggie for their cards and goodies.

* Due to all the practice and time spent on the Freedom Performance are reading schedule will not change from last week.

This week the students will finish researching famous people and events.  They will include; Flight of the Challenger, Baseball Hall of Fame, Franklin Roosevelt and Jackie Robinson.

Chapter 17.  The students will describe and identify properties of solid figures.  Test on Friday.

Health

Nutrition exploration.  The students will learn about the importance of good nutrition and physical activity.
