Hmwork
Monday:
- Complete a kind act (today) THEN Use your superwriters and the blog (Reading and LA) to guide you in creating /writing a paragraph that includes a simple sentence , compound sentence, and complex (label each within the paragraph (7-10 good 5th grade level sentences)
- Math:16.1 and 16.2 Evens only
- Read 20 minutes
- Use each of vocab words in a sentence (it must be used so that the clues in the sentence prove you understand the words) root word for week : ben, bene, bon, meaning good or well
Tues
- Math:16.3 evens
- IXL/reading
- Read twenty minutes
- Take practice spelling quiz
Wed:
- Work on Historical fiction plan
- IXL/reading
- Read twenty minutes
- Have practice quiz you on vocab meanings
Thus
- Spelling/grammar quiz on words and -- simple, complex and compound sentences (use blog for review games and sites)
- Work on immigration project
- Page 324 in math book – use as test review complete a few problems in each section have parent check
- Quiz tomorrow on adding and subtracting fractions- like and different demonators and whole and mixed numbers
