New Year's Resolutions

All right folks, I am going to talk about New Year’s resolutions! My New Year’s resolutions are to eat healthy, to not cry, to not lie, and to exercise more. Azaria’s resolutions are to not be afraid, to eat healthy, and to exercise. Ms. Magnes’ resolutions are to get to bed by 9:00 pm and to exercise. Graycen’s resolution is to exercise more. Greta’s is to get better at reading. Alina wants to exercise and go to sleep at 8:00 pm. Last but not least is Chase; he wants to go to bed at 8:00 pm.

Clay Birds

Do you know how to make a clay bird? In art class we made one. The first thing you need is clay. Make a cylinder for the body and pinch a sharp beak. With more clay make the wings and tail, but don’t make them too flat. Now it is time to fire the bird to make it to make it a solid. Once it has stood, its time to paint it and make it look beautiful!

 Jackie Robinson

Jackie Robinson was born in 1919 in Georgia. When he was one, his family  moved to California. When he was young, he joined a gang but, in 1939 he played sports in college. He played baseball, football, and basketball. Jackie was the first African-American to play in the Major Leagues!

 The Great 8

The Great 8 is a group for boys to make their cardio stronger. The groups run Big Red, climb Tiger Mountains which is the rock wall and does Zumba which is dancing. They collect points by running and dancing. The Great 8 biys get prizes when they earn a certain number of points. Chase, Alex, Jacob, Jackson, Erik and Armind are in the Great 8. I think the Great 8 is lots of fun!
