IXL-Keep it up!!!
I just got my weekly report from IXL and noticed that some of the Magicians did not go on at ALL last week or this week. Please try to go on for at least 40 minutes a week. I have noticed that the students that have higher times on IXL are accelerating at a higher rate than those with less time on the program. Also, if you are still having difficulty with addition and subtraction facts from memory (not using fingers), the 1st grade IXL has the facts by group. Please don't forget to check over your Magician's homework. Some of them are making careless mistakes. The Magicians are starting to learn how to tell time and count back change. These math concepts can be very challenging to certain students so please review all papers that come home. Thank you for your continued support!
