We will a Holiday Party on December 22 from 9:00 to 10:00. If anyone would like to help us plan for this, we would love your input!
Just a heads up that as the weather begins to get cooler in the next few weeks, we will need an updated, weather appropriate outfit to be left at school in case of accidents.
Winter Break: December 23 – January 9. Children should return to school on January 10.
Book of the Week/Unit: Elmo’s Night Before Christmas
Letter of the Week: Pp
Math: Using the Plus Sign
In need of supplies:
- Kleenex
- Masking Tape
When playing games with your children at home, such as Candyland and Chutes and Ladders, please remember that while winning is fun, we need to learn how to lose also. Always try to let your child win the first game and the last game. It is important for you to win at least one game in between. It is ok to beat your children at games. That is how they learn to lose without having temper fits.
Full Day Parents: Don’t forget to send in your letter pictures each week. We use them here in the afternoons. They are due on Thursdays but can be brought in any other day of the week.
Please remember to sign daily sheets and return. We keep these on file for our reference/data.
