Information for the week of February 28 - March 4, 2011

Parents:  I apparently sent a navy blue puffy vest home with the wrong child this week.  Could everyone please double check to see if your child might have come home with a vest you did not recognize??  Please take a few minutes to write your child’s name in all clothing that they might remove at school so I do not make this mistake again.

Reminder:  There is no school the week of February 21 – 25, 2011

Note that Cobb County will make up a snow day on March 18 (originally a teacher work day).

Underwear:

• If your child is just beginning to transition from pull-ups to underwear, please make sure you send in multiple changes of clothes and an extra pair of shoes and socks.  Often times when accidents do happen, the socks and shoes get soaked as well.

Valentine’s

• We have 10 children in our class now.  If you wish to send in Valentine’s with your child on Monday, please make sure that there is one for every child.

• We are beginning to run low on cups.  If you are at the store and think of us, we like sturdy cups as little hands can accidentally crush some paper cups!!
