Tuesday is Picture Day!
Just a reminder that tomorrow is our Fall Picture Day!
Math: School - Home Connection
Today your Hotshot is bringing home a letter that describes our first area of focus in the new Math program! Please enjoy any related activities on the sheet at home. It is not necessary to send anything back to school from these chapter activity sheets. We will begin a new chapter (approx.) every 2-3 weeks.

Today you are receiving our 2007-2008 Hotshot Directory! A big thank you to Linda Huff, our Room Representative, for getting this finished so quickly! This will be a great opportunity for your Hotshot to match names to faces of their classmates!

Class T-shirt, All About Me, and lots more!
Parents,
Please look through the take home folder this week-end. There are several items to fill out, and lots of notes! The class dues request is on top of the stack, and includes the purchase of the class T-shirt! We wear these shirts on our field trips and on special days at school! Of course, some Hotshots like to wear their shirt more often, and that's fine, too!
We have also included a questionnaire that will help us get to know each Hotshot better, and we will use some of the information to make a class book that we will keep in our class library! It is always one of the favorite books in our room!
Enjoy your week-end...we will look forward to seeing the Hotshots bright and early on Monday morning!

Open House, Tues. Aug. 14 7:00pm
Parents,
We look forward to a special evening tomorrow, as we give an overview of our Kindergarten year at Open House. We will go over procedures, schedule, curriculum, and answer questions. This is a PARENT ONLY evening. See you there!
