Well, we are in full swing as the 2nd half of the kindergarten year picks up academically! This week we finished reading our folktales and fairy-tales and their journal is coming home today! We are tapping out words to spell and read and starting to learn spelling tricks--example, vowels make 2 sounds and we learned about when you add "e" to a word it makes the other vowel scream...tap==tape. In Math we will continue to work on adding as the year progresses, along with graphing next week.

Please continue to work on ixlmath and raz-kids. 100 day home work is due next week! The 100th day is Friday and we will have a celebration. We are also collecting 100 cans of food, we are at 32. You can send cans in all next week!
