Holiday time!

Next week we will embark on our holiday unit! This unit will cover many holidays and topics and will last until the break!
Next week we will study about the different holidays we celebrate...Christmas and Hanukkah. All of the children will make crafts to learn about both holidays!

We are also going to start an author Study on Jan Brett who has written many winter/holidays stories for children with beautiful illustrations!

The following week we are going to travel the world. The children will rotate to other kindergarten classroom to learn about holidays celebrated around the world! The Countries will include, Russia, Israel, Germany and the Netherlands!

The last week before the break we will wrap up our unit and author study. We will also have our holiday party and pajama day!

The next few weeks are going to very exciting and fun for all!

Thank you to everyone to volunteered to make play-dough! The kids will love it.

ixlmath- please continue to work and follow along with what you see coming home for math- we have been working on making groups of ten and counting on from 10 and 20. We will also work on measurement next week.
