This week the students will be going through check point testing. These are a series of short tests that will help us with goal setting. We will be taking them first thing in the morning Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. (Don't worry we are making accommodations for our Target students.) The tests will cover Math, Language Arts and Science.
Permission slips went home for a High Touch High Tech field trip. This is a program that comes here to our school. We are blessed to have this particular activity covered by our wonderful PTA. We will still need a persmission slip for your Grizzly to participate.

Many thanks to Emma's mom for reading from Percy Jackson and the Lightening Thief to us. I think we will have many that are interested in reading this on their own now.
Winter Party:
We would love to have a book exchange at our Winter Party. Please have your son bring a new or gently used, age appropriate book wrapped and tagged "to a boy from _________" and your daughters bring one similarly but for a girl. Your child will then have a new book to bring home for the winter break.
Also, we've been asked to limit parents at the party to only those helping. We just don't have the parking to accommodate everyone.
