Hello Parents, I want to let you know that I have recognized the difficulty that some students are having understanding the social studies textbook. For this reason, I have deviated from teaching primarily from the textbook and am teaching lessons in social studies that relate more directly to the curriculum and that contain more engaging learning experiences for the students. We will still be using the social studies textbook, but its use will be limited to reference only. I would appreciate any feedback you have relating to this.
